Service restored, street closed due to water main break
Water service restored to about a dozen properties in the area

Work to fix a broken water main will have continue into next week.
The break happened in the 700 block of North Main Street in Allentown.
Service to about a dozen properties was interrupted for a time on Friday, but it was later restored, officials said.
North Main Street will remain closed between Washington and Carey streets until crews can complete their repairs, officials said.
