A Northampton County man has become the latest casualty of Hurricane Sandy.

The Lehigh County Coroner says 17-year-old Robert Mills of Plainfield Township was on his ATV with another person when they struck a freshly fallen tree.

It happened around 9:30 Monday night on West Center Street near Route 33.

Investigators say Mills was ejected from his seat.

He died of severe head injuries.
