UPPER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. -

A complaint from Amazon workers about pay is going all the way up to the nation's highest court.

The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case on whether Amazon workers should be paid for time spent waiting in security screenings after the end of their work shifts.

The original complaint was filed in Nevada back in 2010, which prompted other suits against the online retailer, including one from workers in the plant in Upper Macungie Township.
