A raid of the Hellertown Pharmacy in November was voted by 69 News viewers as the 9th top story of 2012 in the Lehigh Valley.
Pharmacy owner Peter Riccio and head pharmacist Lena Lasher are accused of participating in a multi-million dollar on-line fraud scheme.
Investigators say the scheme let people buy pain medications online with illegally-obtained prescriptions.
