An accident sent two young men to the hospital after police said their car crashed into a home in Nazareth, Northampton Co.

Reed Markovitz, 19, of Tatam, was the driver of a white Camaro when it lost control of the vehicle in the 400 block of Route 191-Nazareth Pike around 8:20 a.m. Friday, officials said.
The car struck a utility pole, a road sign, then a tree before coming to rest against a house at 457 Nazareth Pk., according to police. The car suffered major damage and there was minor damage to the home.
Markovitz suffered minor injuries in the wreck. Torrey Edwards, 18, of Nazareth, was a passenger in the car and suffered moderateinjuries, but officials say he is expected to survive. Both were taken to St. Luke's Hospital in Fountain Hill, Lehigh Co.
Markovitz was suspected of being under the influence of a alcohol and submitted himself to a blood test, police say. Charges are pending on the results of the test.
