Victaulic workers agree to 3-year contract

Union workers at a pipe-manufacturing plant in Northampton County approved a new contract Sunday night.

The three-year contract includes an annual wage increase for Victaulic workers and keeps health care costs from going up.

The contract negotiations started in December, and the old contract expired at midnight.
