White Christmas expected for area
It's looking like a White Christmas could be in store for the area.
Meteorologist Mark Shanaberger says a low pressure system to our southwest is expected to push snow into our area on Christmas Eve late in the day and into the evening.
This snow is expected to continue overnight before tapering off around daybreak on Christmas.
"With the wintry mix/rain line around the Delaware Valley and southern New Jersey we'd like to see a few more model runs before we come out with definitive numbers, but it certainly looks like most of us will wake up to a fresh coating of snow on Christmas morning," Mark says.
