Woman wanted in Maryland picked up in Bethlehem Twp., police say
A woman wanted in Maryland was picked up by police investigating a disturbance in Northampton County, officials said.
Brenda Lee Taylor was taken into custody just before 10 p.m. Wednesday at her home at 4121 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem Twp., officials said.
Taylor was one of the people involved in the disturbance, and when officers asked Northampton County Dispatch to confirm her identity, they were told Taylor was wanted for grand larceny in Arundel County, Md., officials said.
Taylor, 46, was arraigned early Thursday morning and is being held without bail in the Northampton County Prison until she can be extradited, according to court documents.
