Zito, other judges sue over retirement age

Several Pennsylvania judges, including one from our area, are suing over their retirement age.
Northampton County Judge Leonard Zito is among six judges who are suing Governor Tom Corbett, the state Treasurer and the state court administrator.
The judges say the retirement age of 70 violates their rights to equal protection and due process.
They also say they're in good physical and mental health.
