ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

The PPL Center arena in Allentown is marking a major milestone, and it's celebrating in style.

The first two stadium seats arrived Wednesday morning at Seventh and Hamilton streets in a limousine.

They got the white glove treatment as they were escorted down a red carpet and into the arena, where they were installed.

Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski and Pennsylvania Senator Pat Browne were the first to try them out, and they said the seats were very comfortable.

The PPL Center will open with a week-long celebration in September.
