BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

The Bethlehem Public Library is auctioning off a rare book as part of its semi-annual sale.

Bids are being accepted on a hardcover copy of "Israel: A Personal History."

The library said the limited-edition book, which documents the founding of the modern state of Israel, was signed by the state's first prime minister.

Bids are being taken until 8 p.m. Wednesday and again on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
