BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

The Bethlehem School District is heading back to the courtroom in a lengthy legal battle with a parent.

The district filed a lawsuit against Diana Zhou in 2009, claiming Zhou repeatedly complained to force the district to pay for private school for her two sons, who were eligible for gifted services.

A judge ruled in favor of the district earlier this year, ordering Zhou to pay the district $305,000 in legal fees.

The district has now filed a motion asking a judge to increase that amount to more than $840,000 to cover higher attorney fees.
