HANOVER TWP., Pa. -

A Hanover Township man is accused of letting children into his home and then threatening them.

Police say on September 16 they were called to the intersection of Tyler Way and Blair Road in Hanover Township for a disturbance.

Police say three little girls knocked on Fahd Fakhruddin's door, in the 1100 block of Blair Road, and asked to play with his kittens. He let the girls inside but then chased them around the house and yelled that he was going to hurt them, kill them and beat their parents, according to police.

The girls ran out of the house and Fakhruddin chased after them until two neighbors intervened, according to police. Officers say he then acted like he was going to fight the neighbors, threatened to kill one, and break the other person's leg.

Fakhruddin was sent to Northampton County Prison, after he was unable to post $10,000 bail. He has a preliminary hearing set for October 4.

He was charged with making terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct.
