Police officers in Lehigh County had to use a Taser to subdue an Allentown man Sunday.
Kevin Peters of 2003 W. Livington St. interfered with Slatington police as they investigated an incident, police said.
The 41-year-old man was told several times by officers to move along, but he kept interfering and swearing at police, according to court documents.
Police said he tried to kick officers as they went to handcuff him, so they had to use a Taser on him.
Peters is charged with resisting arrest, failure of disorderly persons to disperse, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.
