A man accused of causing a fiery crash that killed three people in Northampton County has turned himself in.

Prosecutors said Terrell Barclay was high on drugs and drunk while behind the wheel of a speeding car that slammed into a parked car in Bethlehem Township in May.

Barclay, using a walker and hiding his face, entered court Wednesday afternoon to be arraigned on homicide by vehicle and other charges.

Three passengers in Barclay's car -- Amanda Martin, Joshua Edwards and Ashlee Mosher -- died at the scene. Officials said Barclay ran from the car on fire after the crash.
