Robert A. Roth arrested for robbing sisters' accounts
A man withdrew money from one sister's bank account after he had made an illegal deposit with a check he stole from another sister, officials said.
They report Robert A. Roth deposited a $60 check he forged into a KNBT bank account of his sister, Stephanie Roth.
To make the deposit, he stole a blank check from another sister, Amanda Roth.
