Jailed on on drug possession charged
A man was caught selling marijuana in a parking lot outside a district magistrate's office, officials said.
Shane T. Wieboldt was seen delivering marijuana to a man sitting in a maroon Dodge Stratus in the parking lot outside the office of District Magistrate Nancy Matos-Gonzalez, 202 West 4th St., Bethlehem, at 2:25 p.m. Friday.
Afterward, police found the man in the car, Sam M. Ginn Jr., as well as his passenger, Cierra N. Tarboro, with plastic baggies of marijuana.
Wieboldt, 21, of 738 Wyandotte St., Bethlehem, was arraigned on drug possession charges and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $15,000 bail, according to court documents.
A preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. July 8 -- before District Magistrate Matos-Gonzalez.
