Body found in wooded area in Warren Co.

Police in Warren County are investigating the discovery of a body near a state highway.
Police say a body was found this morning off of Route 57 near Whites Road in Franklin Township.
This is between Phillipsburg and Washington.
They've identified the body as Vulgens Schoen, 63 of Franklin Township.
They're not saying whether the death is considered suspicious.
