New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has been busy with budget matters.

Christie has signed a $31.7 billion budget bill for the upcoming fiscal year.

The budget has been highly criticized by Democrats because of the 361 million in cuts to legal services to the poor and low-income students who plan to go to college.

Christie instead plans to double the Garden State's surplus to $648 million which will create bigger tax breaks.
