A New Jersey doctor is the subject of a misconduct investigation.
The license of Dr. Philip May has been suspended by the state's board of medical examiners.
May allegedly carried out an unauthorized study of vitamin D deficiencies among patients with intellectual disabilities at the Hunterdon Developmental Center in Hunterdon County.
He is also accused of posting pictures of now-deceased patients on the website of his non-profit center for people with chronic disabilities.
