James Donovan of Raritan Twp. pleads guilty to multiple weapons charges
A Hunterdon County, New Jersey, man has pleaded guilty to several weapons charges.
County prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns III said James Patrick Donovan, 37, of Raritan Twp., pleaded guilty Thursday to unlawful possession of assault firearm, possession of a destructive device and related charges.
Donovan was arrested June 15 when detectives found that he was stockpiling and selling assault weapons, ammunition and explosives from his home.
Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 8, 2013.
