Bath man faces burglary charges in N.J.
Brent Christopher accused of stealing gold and cash from Lopatcong Twp home.
A Northampton County man is facing charges of burglary in Warren County, N.J.
Police said DNA linked 47-year-old Brent Christopher of Washington Street in Bath to a burglary scene at a home in Lopatcong Twp.
The incident took place on South First Street in June 2012.
Police said several thousand dollars in cash and gold were taken from the home.
Christopher was identified through DNA obtained from evidence at the crime scene.
He was arrested Thursday and faces charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
Christopher is currently incarcerated in Graterford Prison in Skippack Twp., Montgomery County, Pa., on unrelated charges. He awaits extradition to New Jersey.
