P-burg pair charged with stealing pricey puppy

Two people from Phillipsburg, New Jersey are facing theft charges after, police say, they stole a pricey puppy!
Police say surveillance video led them to Thomas Meshach, 24, and Carmen Fucci, 21.
Police say the pair stole an English bulldog from the "Aquarium at Route 4" pet store in Elmwood Park earlier this week.
Elmwood Park is in Bergen County near New York.
The dog's value is estimated at $3,500.
