Police make arrests in odd assault case
A can of food and a baseball bat are at the center of this assault case.
Police in Warren County, NJ have made arrests in a strange assault case.
Nicole Lucas, 21, of Bushkill Twp. and William Wilson III, 24, of Greenwich Township, Warren County are facing aggravated assault charges as well as unlawful possession of a weapon.
They're charged in connection with the alleged beating of a man back on December 7 at a home on Main Street in Greenwich Twp.
The assault victim told police he was struck in the head with a can of food and struck in the leg with a baseball bat.
It's unclear what led to the alleged beating.
The two have posted bail and will be back in court later this year.
