New Jersey's largest water supplier is looking for a little extra money from its customers.
United Water has filed a request with the state utilities board to charge a repair fee.
United's request joins requests from New Jersey American Water and Aqua New Jersey.
The board has already approved a plan to let investor-owned water companies charge a fee for upgrades.
The EPA estimates New Jersey needs 4.7-billion dollars in water system improvements.
United's request could increase its customers' bills by about two-dollars per month.
