A teenaged boy on his bicycle was killed when a car hit him on Saturday.

The accident happened on Alphano Road around 3:10 p.m. in Allamuchy Twp., Warren Co., N.J.

Police said a vehicle driven by 68-year-old Barbara Glynn of Woodbell Court, Allamuchy Twp., collided with the bicycle.

The teen, 14-year-old Timothy Cooper of Independence Twp., was taken to the hospital but died of his injuries Sunday.

The investigation is ongoing.
