Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett will have to wait a little while to find out if his antitrust lawsuit against the NCAA will be dismissed.

Lawyers for Corbett and the sanctioning body for college sports were in court Monday.

The federal judge in charge of the case says she'll make a ruling in a couple of weeks.

Corbett says the NCAA's penalties against Penn State for the Jerry Sandusky scandal are too extreme.

Penn State agreed to a 60-million dollar fine.. scholarship reductions.. and other penalties.
