With the crisis in Eastern Europe raging on, the American Red Cross has activated its family tracing services for missing loved ones in relation to the recent crisis in Ukraine.
Anyone trying to locate a U.S. citizen is asked to contact the Department of State, Office of Citizens Services at 1-888-407-4747.
For those trying to locate a Non-U.S citizen and have been in regular contact with the missing loved one prior to the conflict, you must know the last known address of the individual including district and province and then contact Adrian Grieve, NEPA Regional Disaster and Program Relief officer at 610-675-4383.
