Pa. lawmakers face decision on transportation funding
Pennsylvania lawmakers are facing a decision about whether to authorize billions of dollars for roads, bridges and mass transit systems.
A House vote could come as early as Monday, but there are currently competing proposals.
A leading Republican plan would increase gas taxes and a number of driver fees.
The plan would generate more than two billion dollars a year.
Democrats have also introduced a similar proposal, but it's not clear which one would pass.
