Bear spotted, tranquilized in Warrington

"He went up into a tree, they tranquilized him and he had this big fall and it just boom, I mean BOOM," said one eyewitness to a bear in a suburban neighborhood.

It was a bear of a morning for people in Warrington Township, Bucks County.

A black bear was spotted roaming around a housing development!

The bruin wandered into the woods near a shopping center where state game officials tranquilized it.

Officials will check it out and release it back into the wild.

This wasn't the only bear sighting Thursday.

Officials in Ewing Township, New Jersey tranquilized a bear at the College of New Jersey campus.
