A major credit rating firm says Bucks County's financial future isn't so bright.

Moody's Investors Service downgraded the county's future outlook to 'negative.'

Moody's says the county's debt obligations and shrinking reserves were factors in the downgrade.

However, Moody's is confirming the area's bond rating as staying the same, at the highest possible score.

Moody's also noted the county's large tax base as a plus, and says most household incomes exceed state and national medians.
