A Harleysville man died in a one-car accident Sunday in Montgomery County.

State Police said Keith Michael Howe, 22, was traveling west on Route 73/Skippack Pike at a high rate of speed around 3:30 a.m. Sunday.

His car failed to negotiate a left hand turn in the road. The car continued straight off the road and hit two utility poles before hitting a tree.

Howe died at the scene.
