A Bucks County congressman wants to cut government waste through teleconferencing.

Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick has introduced the "Stay in Place, Cut the Waste" Act of 2013.

The bill calls on federal agencies to cut their travel expenses by 50-percent by using teleconferencing technology.

Fitzpatrick says it would save the feds nearly $5 billion in travel expenses per year.
