PHILADELPHIA -

Police are seeking to identify a man who robbed a Rite Aid store in Philadelphia.

The holdup happened at 5:44 p.m. on Feb. 25 at the store in the 6700 block of North 5th Street in the city's East Oak Lane neighborhood.

The robber demanded cash from the register while keeping his left hand in his pocket as if to have a weapon, police said.

The clerk handed over $357, and the robber fled, said police.

The robber was described as a white man between 40- and 50-years-old, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a dark-colored Yankees baseball cap, a black flight jacket with a gold zipper, black cargo/military style pants and brown work boots.
