PERKASIE, Pa. -

A Bucks County police department has made a decision about a deadly shooting involving its officers.

Perkasie police officer Seth Mumbaur shot and killed Michael Marino Jr. in Sellersville during an altercation back in June.

Perkasie Police Chief Joseph Gura Jr. cleared the officers involved Tuesday and said the department is increasing training for mental health issues.

Bucks County D.A. Dave Heckler previously cleared Mumbauer of any criminal wrongdoing.

But he said Mumbauer and two other officers could have done more to diffuse the situation.
