A Bucks County man is facing a trial for allegedly hacking into a former lover's computer for years and using a webcam to secretly tape her.
Joseph Tarr waived his preliminary court hearing Wednesday, setting the stage for a trial. A the same time, the commonwealth has amended some charges and dropped the number of number of counts of intercepting communications from three to two.
Police said Tarr remotely accessed his ex-girlfriend's computer and recorded her with a webcam more than a thousand times before getting caught.
According to court paperwork,Tarr is also a computer technician at Pennsbury School District.
