A former Philadelphia sportscaster has been ordered to pay up in a legal battle involving a couple from Allentown.
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, on Thursday Montgomery County Judge Katherine McGill ordered Don Tollefson to pay $3,300.
An Allentown couple -- James C. Krasley and Donna Stroup -- claimed Tollefson sold them a 2013 Super Bowl package but never provided the airfare.
And Bucks County prosecutors say they're preparing felony fraud charges.
More than 100 other alleged victims claim they were also duped by Tollefson, who used to be a sportscaster for Fox29 and 6ABC.
The victims told police Tollefson sold them sports packages but didn't include the promised hotel rooms, airfare or game tickets.
Tollefson sold the trips through various fund-raisers for charities with which he is associated.
