Trapped teens rescued after wreck in Montgomery County

UPPER POTTSGROVE, Pa. -

Three teenagers were trapped inside their vehicle for about 20 minutes after a wreck in Montgomery County.

It happened at around noon Sunday on Route 100 south in Upper Pottsgrove.

The teenagers' car collided with another car and went off the road before flipping several times, police said.

Crews had to cut the front and back windshields to get the girls out.

They were treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Route 100 south was closed for about 90 minutes.
