RICHLAND TWP., Pa. -

Two men who were convicted of bilking Bethlehem Township out of thousands of dollars are now facing theft charges in Bucks County.

Investigators in Richland Township say Robert Kearns and Patrick McLaine took $165,000 through their company to help the township get new streetlights.

But investigators say the men never did any work.

Kearns and McLaine are charged with doing the same thing in Coplay, Lehigh County.

They're in prison after being found guilty of theft in the Bethlehem Township case.

They're also facing lawsuits from Bethlehem Township and several other municipalities.
