A dump truck hauling 22 tons of ash tipped onto its side in North Coventry Twp., Chester Co., Wednesday morning.

It happened on Route 422, near the Route 724 interchange.

A dump truck driver was following a vehicle too closely and he couldn't stop when traffic slowed down, said police, adding that the truck driver skidded, made a hard right turn and hit a vehicle before striking a guide rail and rolling over.
