A Sellersville man is in custody after police said he assaulted a 58-year-old woman in his home Monday morning.

Pennridge Regional Police said Robert Cordero, 27, punched and grabbed the woman in his home at 810 David Lane around 6 a.m.

He faces charges of simple assault and harassment.

He was taken to Bucks County Correctional Facility on $10,000 bail.
