An 18-year-old Philadelphia man is hospitalized after being shot in the head during a webcam chat, police said.

The teen was shot overnight inside a home in the city's Kensington neighborhood, investigators said.

The teen and two others were using the computer when he was shot, authorities said. He was rushed to a nearby hospital.

Police are questioning a 22-year-old and a 13-year-old who were with the man when he was shot.
