QUAKERTOWN, Pa. -

A project in Quakertown, Bucks County could bring lots of jobs to the borough.

Gorski Engineering says it's trying to get conditional use zoning for an old factory property at 5th and Apple Streets.

The Montgomery County firm wants to reuse the property as modern office space for an unnamed tenant.

Gorski says that tenant would bring in more than 100 jobs with up to 135 employees within the first five years.

Gorski expects to gain approval from Quakertown officials in time to start working on the property in June or July.
