Ski shop takes top business honor

Buchman's honored as best in midatlantic
A local chain of ski and snowboard shops has earned a top business honor.
Buckman's won "Mid-Atlantic Retailer of the Year" from Transworld Business magazine.
The magazine is based in California and covers the action sports industry.
Gear and apparel companies nominated retailers for the award.
Buckman's opened its first store 40 years ago in Perkiomenville, Montgomery County.
The chain recently opened its sixth store in Whitehall.
