Woman flown to hospital following Bucks County crash

A 29-year-old Newtown woman was flown to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash Friday night in Solebury Township, Bucks County.

The accident occurred around 10:25 p.m. when a vehicle driven by Lauren Ashley Falvey was making a left turn onto Route 202 without proper clearance and was struck in the driver side by a commercial truck tractor, according to a release from state police.

Falvey was flown to the Temple University Hospital trauma center. There is currently no further information on her condition.

According to a release from state police, it is suspected Falvey was driving while under the influence. She refused to submit to a legal blood draw, according to the state police release.
