Pennridge police make burglary arrests
Pennridge Regional Police in Sellersville have charged a Quakertown man and Bethlehem woman for their alleged roles in a home burglary.
Cori Eckhart, 20, of Bethlehem, and Timothy Frankenfield, 19, of Quakertown face burglary, theft and conspiracy charges for the April 11 burglary of a residence on the 2400 block of Schukraft Road, police said.
Various pieces of jewelry and two guitars were taken from the home, according to police.
Police received a tip that the guitars were pawned at a shop in Lansdale. Police said they learned that Frankenfield and Eckhart had pawned the guitars. Additional investigations led to the arrest of Frankenfield and Eckhart on Tuesday.
Police said charges are pending for a second burglary committed by Eckhart and Frankenfield on April 19 on the 1900 block of County Line Rd.
Both were arraigned and failed to post bail. They were remanded to the Bucks County Prison.
