2011: Phillip Garrido and his wife, Nancy, plead guilty to kidnapping and raping Jaycee Dugard, who was abducted from her South Lake Tahoe, California, neighborhood in 1991 at age 11 and rescued 18 years later. On June 2, 2011, Phillip Garrido was sentenced to 431 years imprisonment while Nancy Garrido received 36 years to life.
