Pedestrian hit by car near Allentown/Salisbury line

Officials say it was a minor accident.

SALISBURY TWP., Pa. - Crews responded to a report of a pedestrian hit by a car nea the Allentown/Salisbury Township border.

The accident happened around 9 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of East Lexington Street in Salisbury Township.

The victim was taken to the hospital to be checked out.

There's no word on the extent of injuries, but officials said it was a a minor accident.

Salisbury Township and Allentown crews responded.
