Two New Jersey men were sentenced Wednesday for their roles in several armed robberies which occurred in Luzerne, Schuylkill, and Carbon Counties between December 2011 and February 2012.

Officials with the United States Attorney's Office say 20 year-old Tysheed Hargrove, also known as "Sincere", was sentenced to 10 years in prison and was ordered to pay almost eight thousand dollars in restitution.

Accomplice Jose Nunez, also known as "Skillz" was ordered to spend 7 1/2 years in prison and pay almost three thousand dollars in restitution.

The two men, both originally from Newark, New Jersey, pleaded guilty earlier this year in several of the robberies
