A dispatcher who witnessed the shootings of two Pennsylvania State troopers has filed a law suit against the alleged shooter, Eric Frein.

Nicole Palmer was working as a civilian police communications officer the night of the shooting at the Blooming Grove barracks in Pike County.

According to the lawsuit, she says she is haunted by the night when she saw the execution of Corporal Bryan Dickson and the shooting of Trooper Alex Douglass. Douglass survived.

Palmer says she feared for her life as she tried to help them and warn other troopers about the danger.

She says she has suffered psychologically and physically and is seeking monetary damages for lost wages.

Frein is charged with Dickson's death.
